Jared Dorans

Managing Director and Principal Jared Dorans has been in the financial services industry since 2008. After spending the first 12 months learning the ropes of customer service, Jared started his lending career in 2009.

Over that time, he has established himself as one of the most consistent, successful individuals in the industry.

Regularly being one of the top 5 lenders in the country at one of the Big 4 banks, he continued to foster the relationships he had built from the start of his career, and leverage his growing knowledge to support more complex lending needs.

In 2016, having worked in customer facing branch lending for 7 years, Jared moved to institutional and complex lending, where again he excelled and honed his skillset at complex, company and commercial lending - winning multiple national awards in the process.

Jared’s specialist skillset has been acquired over his 13 years of industry experience, allowing Jared to offer his clients an unrivalled experience that not only allows quick, up to date and cost effecting lending, but also the ability to work with your best interest at heart having a panel of over 40 Lenders to support clients with varied financial needs and solution requirements.

During his downtime, Jared enjoys giving back to the community through his volunteer work with Talk2mebro as a custodian of the charity, running events which entail community connection, mindfulness, breathwork and icebaths. He also loves spending time with his family, sport of any kind (Basketball, Football, Rugby League, Golf, you name it, he’ll play and watch it) working out and live music. He is passionate about a good coffee, or a cold beer depending on the time of day.

Jared holds a Diploma in Financial Services, a Diploma of Financial Broking and is a Justice of the Peace.

Amanda Stevenson

Amanda Stevenson, our Executive Relationship Manager and Senior broker has a world of experience both in and outside of Financial Services.

Amanda was at one of Australia’s big four banks for a matter of months, before she was fast tracked in an Executive Leadership program, leading and managing multiple teams and branches across its network for close to a decade. After a break, she then took up a lending role within one of Australia’s biggest members owned Building Societies, and was consistently one of the top performers company wide with her dedicated customer focus and sharp lending mind, which is solutions driven.

She has also created, owned and ran an extremely successful kids clothing brand which was built from the ground up for nearly 10 years, managing the end-to-end process, aswell as branding, marketing and website. This ability to learn and be flexible has paid dividends in the approach she takes with ongoing learning and being an IT guru

Amanda loves in her downtime to holiday, going out for a meal, a relaxing BBQ, training, spending time with her family and a nice red

Amanda holds her Diploma in Financial Services, aswell as a Diploma of Financial Broking.

Karina Brown

Executive Assistant, Karina Brown, is the “right hand” of all things Crown Property Finance.

Karina started her banking career in Customer Service in 2013 for one of the Big 4 Banks.

Karina is highly customer focussed, with customer satisfaction being her highest priority.

During her career, Karina has developed an extensive knowledge and understanding of property, lending, compliance and financial matters.

After a short career break, Karina is excited to be back to lending and assisting her clients with their mortgage needs.

Karina loves spending time with her kids, playing and watching sport (Netball and Rugby League in particular and wellness. She is partial to a weekend beverage, but is currently training for her first running event.
