Dress for Success Sydney is a registered charity that improves the employability of disadvantaged women in NSW. This is achieved by providing, free of charge, professional clothing, a network of support, coaching and career development tools to help women achieve self-sufficiency.

Dress for Success thrives to promote equality and fairness because we believe all women are equal and deserve fair opportunities

We are proud to be supporting our friends at Sydney | Dress for Success Sydney by hosting a clothing donation drive over the next month.

We need quality and ‘as new’ women’s items for our client services and fundraising sales. We appreciate your support!

As new, very gently used, or new items only – think: ‘Would I still wear this? Would I wear it for work or to go out and feel special? Would I give or lend to a friend? Is it current or classic fashion? If the answer is yes, we are your people!

1. Smart, business suitable clothes suitable for interviews or the workplace across all industries and smart, casual, or special occasion attire.

2. Other things we need:

– Designer and luxury brand names of all styles including athleisure and multipurpose appropriate work clothing and accessories

– High-quality designer, quality costume jewellery

– Handbags and shoes, current fashion, new or gently used

– Quality +16 sizes

I will be co-ordinating multiple drop points over the next 4 weeks as we look to gain momentum here, across NSW. I'll even get a van if need be to drive it all to their main branch! Please please please share with all the women in your life, and reach out if you can be of support with any of the above - I'd love to be able to get a semi-trailer dropped off to them at the end of the year!
